Mosaic groups

Mosaic groups are an attempt to segment the country into demographic types based on their income, age, preferences, etc.

They were developed by Experian, a large market research firm.

They’re often referenced by clients and, and their names have become catchphrases – things like “Families Making Good” or “Semi-Rural Seclusion”.

You can find a list of Mosaic Groups here and more detail here.
